Shipping

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. 

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, LineByDay.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

When processing your order, you will be provided with the options available for your purchase.

Home Delivery​

    - Standard delivery - 4.95 USD ; FREE for orders over 75.00 USD)

      The estimated delivery period is 7-10 business days, depending on the delivery address.

    - Express delivery - 14.95 USD

      The estimated delivery period is 2-3 business days.

The time periods indicated above will be longer for more remote regions.

Please note that while most deliveries are made during business days (some exceptions may apply).

These shipping rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise; taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

Track Your Order

To track your order, please click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.

Returns & Exchanges

For merchandise returned within 30 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

- Made to order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to ship internationally soon. Meanwhile, if you'd like to ship outside of US, please contact us directly to change/add your shipping address BEFORE you purchase an order with us. We will individually setup a shipping/returning label for you with reduced shipping rate depending on your shipping address.
